Summary
AZ Hire Check is a read-only reference site. You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number to use it.
Information collected when you visit
- Hosting logs. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Search. Contractor search runs entirely in your browser. Search terms are not sent to us.
- Cookies. The site does not currently set its own cookies or use advertising trackers.
Affiliate & partner links
Trade pages include a labeled "Get quotes" box. It currently links to our own page. When it links to a partner, that partner's site and privacy policy apply to anything you submit there, and the partner may use cookies or tracking parameters to credit us with a referral. We'll name partners here before linking to them. See how we make money.
Future changes
If we add analytics, advertising, affiliate/referral links or a quote-request form, we will update this page first to explain what is collected, by whom and why. Any form will say clearly where your information goes before you submit it.
Public records on this site
Contractor information on this site comes from public records published by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. See About & methodology for sources and how to request corrections.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
